These illustrations were created as part of the visual development process for the book "How Caribou got their Antlers". The book is based on a Siberian folk tale that tells a story of a hunter, his daughter and their encounter with a magnificent caribou. The illustrations for the book itself were fabricated but those preliminary drawings served as a blueprint.
